For instance, we have created a fully automated system for calculating salaries, vacation pay, sick leave, and tracking working hours and KPIs for employees for the Ukrainian market (where the legislation for these calculations is quite complex).

I didn't arrive at this solution immediately. I sought out ready-made solutions and adapted them to our business models, used various analytics systems, sometimes with much more functionality than we needed, but the result was still not ideal. We had to make compromises and use additional systems for accounting, analysis, and storage.
The issue is now fully resolved.

How does communication, coordination, and approval of stages take place?

Therefore, in the initial stages, communication is done via email. After the start of the work, all communication is carried out through the project in Microsoft Teams.
